Voice and Options

Hi all,

We've just posted the v0.3.0.0 build of Astra Protocol Remake.

This release brings back the computer's voice, allows settings to be saved, and adds in a few more options, alongside a few bug fixes.

We're still not in alpha yet, but we're getting much closer to a fully fleshed out player experience.
